Odisee

iOS · Private beta

Interview prep, planned around the life you actually have.

Odisee turns your target role, your experience and the minutes you can really spare into a day-by-day study plan. Every morning you know what to do next. When a day slips, the plan moves with you.

Starting with senior backend engineering roles (Java). More roles are on the way.

01 Today

One clear next step, sized to the time you have.

Tell Odisee your interview date, your weekday and weekend minutes, and when you're on a phone or a computer. Each day opens on the session that fits: a 20-minute read on the train, a 40-minute problem at your desk.

  • Device-aware. Reading for the phone, coding for the computer.
  • Room to breathe. Plans leave slack instead of filling every minute.
  • Works offline. Finished sessions sync when you're back online.
A study session in Odisee: Kafka consumer groups, with a timer, the focus question 'What happens when consumers outnumber partitions?' and a link to the selected reading.

02 Roadmap

The whole role, broken into objectives you can finish.

Your plan covers every track the role is interviewed on, in an order that respects prerequisites. See it by topic or by week, and know exactly what's covered and what's left.

  • Built from your experience. Skills you confirm from your resume shorten what you already know.
  • Your sources. Official docs, the courses you own, videos you trust. Odisee plans only with what you choose.
Odisee's Roadmap for a Senior Backend Engineer (Java): 18 of 74 objectives covered, with tracks for Coding and DSA, System design, Java and JVM, Low-level design, and Databases and reliability.
The System design track: trade-offs and requirements and load balancing completed, then caching, messaging and data partitioning.

03 Progress

Progress you can explain, not a score you can't.

Finishing a reading isn't the same as knowing it. Odisee keeps the two apart: what you've covered, and what you've shown in short checks. Answers you get right can skip material you clearly know.

  • Honest signals. No readiness percentages, no pass predictions.
  • Re-planning you approve. Missed a few days? Preview the revised plan before anything changes.
Odisee's Progress screen: 18 of 74 objectives covered, 11 with assessment evidence, and a weekly study-time chart totalling 5 hours 20 minutes.

Prep happens in the gaps of a working week.

A commute, a lunch break, an hour after dinner. Odisee is built for the time between everything else, so steady progress doesn't depend on clearing your calendar.

A man reading on his phone on a morning commuter train.
Twenty minutes on the way in.
A notebook with a hand-drawn system architecture sketch next to a phone and a cup of tea.
Sketch it before you say it out loud.
A man at his desk in the evening, thinking through a problem by lamplight.
An hour after dinner, on the problem that matters.

04 Principles

Built to be trusted with your preparation.

You stay in control of AI

Personalization is optional. Your resume or answers are shared with an AI provider only when you allow it, and you can withdraw at any time.

Specific, reviewed resources

Every link points to a particular chapter or section someone has checked, not a whole website to wade through.

No verdicts about you

Odisee never tells you you're "80% ready". It shows what you've covered and what you've demonstrated, and leaves the judgement to you.

Your data is yours

No ads, no tracking, no selling data. Download everything or delete your account from inside the app.

05 For course providers

We send learners to you.

When a learner tells Odisee they own your course, their plan can point to the exact chapter or lesson for that day's topic and send them to your site to study it, signed in with their own account.
